Google tracks you. Duck Duck Go doesn’t. It may seem strange to have a marketing communications professional recommending a privacy browser, but I love Duck Duck Go (link). They serve you relevant ads based on what you’re searching for, not your search history. It’s helped curb my online shopping because I don’t need to be haunted by those hot pink Sam Edelman heels I thought about buying eight months ago (I still want those shoes).

DUOLINGO
I took two years of Spanish in high school and followed that with four years in college. Now, I’m working towards being fluent. Duolingo is free to use with ads, but they have an ad-free plus version.
